Outlet Stores at Paseo de Sta. Rosa


Paseo de Sta. Roxas in Sta. Rosa Laguna has long been a haven for outlet stores in the southern part of the Metro.  Whenever we go to Tagaytay, we always make it a point to drop by Paseo de Sta. Rosa to check out if we can score great finds and good bargains from the outlet stores there.  I've been hearing news about additional branded outlet stores at Paseo 4, but haven't had a chance to go there until this weekend.....

So, let me give you a short tour...

The original outlet stores are still there.....

  • Adidas Outlet Store with shoes and apparels at 50% off...
  • Levi's and Dockers Outlet Store offering 50% off on selected items....
  • Benetton, Sisley and Gas Outlet Stores offering around 50% off on selected items...
  • and the Nike Park Outlet Store.... although I find the prices still on the high side.
Our favorite here, the Speedo Outlet Store.  I don't think there is any other Speedo Outlet but here at Paseo de Sta. Rosa only (pls correct me if I'm wrong) where swimsuits and swimming trunks are priced at 20% to 75% off.  A lot of swimsuits with a variety of styles and sizes were available to choose from. Only big sizes (40up), however, were available on selected swimming trunks which were on sale at 75% off (as low as P500 only per piece)....perhaps the reason why they were on sale. 



Other outlet stores have been around for a while, as well... like:

Activ Outlet, with And1 shoes and apparels as low as P2500...


The Outlet Central selling imported ladies' clothes from Thailand and China at very affordable prices...

The Havaianas Outlet Store offering 20% to 30% discount on all items...but these are old styles ( but does it matter?)..

The Crocs Outlet Store offering 30% off on all items .. just the same as what the Crocs Outlet Store at Cash&Carry offers..although, they have more choices here.



Now, more branded outlet stores were opened at Paseo 4 (just a short walk towards Paseo Premier Hotel) namely:

Ipanema, Grendha and Rider Outlet Store which they call "Bambu"...  Almost all the items here were at 40% off.

Timberland Outlet Store which offers rugged, outdoor-tested and environmentally friendly gears for men, women and children at great discounts.

Aerosoles at 25% to 45% off..... Wow! I had an adrenaline rush!


Nine West shoes and bags at 45% to 65% off.  I need not go to Robinson's Pampanga, Nine West Outlet Store is now here at Paseo de Sta. Rosa!





The Marks & Spencer Outlet Store...offering stylish and high-quality apparels and home products.Some items were at 15% off, some were at 30% to 70% off!  


The Debenhams Outlet Store.....

Debenhams' Men's, Kids', Women's wear and Lingeries at 70% off... 


Well,  I do hope that more branded outlet stores will be added to this place to give us more reasons to make a trip to Paseo de Sta. Rosa ... not just a stop-over venue to or from Tagaytay.

    Paseo de Sta. Rosa is around 30 to 45 minutes from Makati (depending on the traffic). Pls check this link (http://maps.google.com/maps?q=14.247891,121.064401&num=1&vpsrc=0&t=m&z=16) and get directions from Google Maps... Happy Shopping :)

      You can try the outlet stores at Robinsons Starmills (http://www.manilashopper.com/2011/01/outlet-stores-at-robinsons-starmills.html) You can find People are People outlet store at Robinsons Galleria (http://www.manilashopper.com/2011/10/great-buys-at-robinsons-oct2011-giant.html) aside from Robinsons Starmills.

      You need first to go to Manila and then travel by land (around 1 hour from the airport) to Sta. Rosa.

      from makati, ride in a bus going to pacita then from pacita ride in a jeepney tru balibago complex sta.rosa then from there a tricycle going to PASEO STA.ROSA.
