Lee, Jag, Tribal, Candies & Von Dutch Factory Outlet Store


This is our favorite factory outlet store because the prices here are indeed factory outlet prices...in fact, a lot lower than what the malls offer during their sale events.  Almost all items are at least 50% off, and some at 70% to 80% off from the original prices...

Not all sizes and colors are available.  You need to dig up and practically check all hangers in the racks just to see if the items will fit your size, your color and your taste.  But you can always ask the sales clerks.





A price list is posted on the wall.  But you still need to check with the cashier on the correct price because the price depends on the brand, style, etc...so it's rather confusing.  Let me summarize for you, so you'll have an idea.... But please note that prices are subject to change, and in fact, may have been changed already.
Ladies' tops - P150- P220                                         Ladies' pants - P300 - P500
Ladies' jackets - P450 - P550                                    Ladies' skirt - P250

They also do accommodate bulk or wholesale buyers at these factory prices.  A good business opportunity for bazaaristas and retailers, right!



Factory Outlet Location:  Authentic American Apparel Inc. factory (picture above for your reference) at West Service Road, Muntinlupa City.  There's really no big sign and there's a possibility that you may miss it...hence, you need to watch closely and look on the facade of the factory.  




Directions:
-- From Manila and Makati:
1)  If you are commuting, you can take a bus going to Bicutan, Sucat, Alabang.  You need to make sure that the bus stops at Sucat Interchange.  From Sucat Interchange, take a jeep going to Alabang via West Service Road.
2)  By car, take the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and exit at Sucat Interchange.  Then, head to the West Service Road going to Alabang. 
3)  If you see the Pronto signage (watch out for it), the factory is right next to it.  If you happen to pass the Shell Station, that means, you missed it...but it's very near.

-- From Alabang:
You need to take the West Service Road going to Sucat.  You will see the Shell Station first, then right next to it is the Lee and Jag Factory Outlet.
The factory outlet store is located at the second gate, where parking space is also available and which can accommodate 2 to 3 cars.

    Yes, Deth but they are closed on Sundays. Probably you may want to check out the warehouse sale in Sucat (this is open mon-sun) which runs until Dec22 ..Pls check my post Jag, Lee, VonDutch Tribal Warehouse Sale.

    There is none anymore since Levi's doesn't manufacture here anymore. Probably you can just check their outlet stores..which I have posted. Just use the "search function" on top of this blog..

    This outlet store is always "on sale" and runs Mon thru Sat...Jan to Dec...unlike their warehouse sale in Sucat (near Sucat Interchange) which runs just for a limited period of time.. Sorry but I haven't seen any shoes :(

    @Meanne, actually pareho lang! Although mas convenient sana sa Sucat kasi may parking at may aricon (pero sa dami ng tao, mainit na rin)..So, pwede ka na lang pumunta dito sa Alabang outlet store nila instead.

    From MRT Taft (or Edsa Taft) you can take MRT going to SM Ayala and then take a bus going to Alabang (check directions above)

    Hi Coodude...it's a factory outlet so they are always on sale:) limited lang ang mga items, limited din sizes & colors. Not so sure din if marami pang Von Dutch jeans. But since malapit ka lang naman doon, you better check it out! thanks :)

      Year-round ang sale dito since this is a factory outlet. If you're commuting, you need to take a bus (Alabang Sucat Bicutan) but be sure the bus exits at Sucat/Bicutan. Get off at the Bus Stop..right after the Sucat Interchange..may mga makikita ka na mga jeep doon papuntang Alabang. Siguro mga 100 or 200 meters lang yun from Sucat Interchange. Watch out for the PRONTO signage kasi right after that, ayun na yung Authentic American Apparel na factory ng Lee/Jag. Pag umabot ka sa Shell, that means, kakalampas mo lang kasi katabi lang yun ng wshe. I hope the instructions are clear (sorry i'm not so good at giving instructions on directions)..thanks:)

      Although old stocks yung mga nandun, hindi naman super luma. Like yung binili ko dati, I checked them sa malls, at nandun pa rin yung style na yun. Meron din mga skinny and straight jeans although I haven't checked kung merong push-ups (baka wala pa). Better check it out for yourself...

      This factory outlet is not actually for wholesale buyers. Marami lang pumupunta dito na maraming binibili na parang pang benta...mura kasi. No entrance fee.

      They actually have a credit card terminal but there were times when the terminal wouldn't work, so better bring cash, just to be sure :)

      Sorry but I don't know of a Bench outlet store near cainta. But probably you can check out the Pedro/La Senza/Bench Outlet Store at Robinsons Galleria and their outlet store at Paseo de Sta. Rosa.

      Sorry but Manila Shopper is not connected with the company. Yes, along West Service Road. From Binan, sakay ka lang papunta Alabang. Dun sa malapit sa Palengke may terminal called South Station. Pwede ka sumakay doon papunta Sucat via West Service Road. Sabihin mo lang sa driver ibaba ka sa Jag/Lee.

      Sorry but I don't sell. I am a better shopper than a seller :) There's a so-called "Bazaar Pilipinas" group in FB. Pls check it out and request to be one of the members (I am also a member there). Some of the group members there are experienced bazaaristas...hence, they can give you some tips. There are also members who are bazaar organizers hence, you get info on upcoming bazaars.

      Yung jeep na dadaanan ng West Service Road papuntang Sucat. Hindi ko lang sure kung anong sign...basta sabihin mo sa driver yung dadaanan sa Jag or Lee.

      This factory store is not open on Sundays. But their warehouse sale is ongoing. This is open on Sundays except Dec 24-25. Pls check my post on the warehouse sale. This runs until Dec. 30, 2012.
