As one of the country’s forefronts in the coffee business, The Philippine Barista and Coffee Academy would like to invite you to a Two-day Seminar-Forum with Business Consultation sessions to be facilitated by their American partners and coffee industry experts, Bruce Milletto and Matt Milletto from the AMERICAN BARISTA & COFFEE SCHOOL in Portland, Oregon. PBCA is proud to bring to the Philippines the icons of the specialty coffee trade for a once-in-a-lifetime occasion.

Matt Milletto has extensive experience in retail coffee, and has managed multiple coffeehouses. Matt has personally trained more than 1500 new coffee retail business owners and barista trainers/managers over the past 10 years. He regularly speaks at Coffee Fest, SCAA, and other industry tradeshows and has been quoted in numerous newspapers and industry magazines, including the Wall Street Journal.

Matt has sat on the SCAA Training Committee for a number of years, and is a certified USBC barista competition judge. He is also the founder of BaristaExchange.com  He is also a head judge for all CoffeeFest Latte Art Competitions.
