Stiletto Fight School is a specially designed half-day intensive workshop on
women’s practical self-defense with special attention on how to use your high
heels as leverage. It aims to empower women as well as teach them skills to be
able to protect themselves in times of danger.
The first session of the program covers the basics of verbal

yourself unarmed.
The workshop is designed and will be taught by professional
mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter, Yogi Gunda, who has over 25 years of
experience and is the first licensed MMA Instructor in the country. (visit gundammas-com.webs.com

My mom used to kid me that my stilettos are deadly weapons in disguise. Guess she's right. Hehehe! =)
ReplyDeleteI find it a little funny every time they talk about women's wrestling. I understand that life is dangerous, but... fighting is not the way to help. I don’t even accept sports like women’s boxing. Yes, it can attract attention.. There are many who bet specifically on women's wrestling - https://1xbet.ug/ But I myself believe that such a sport gives false hope for successful self-defense to ordinary women. There is just sport. And there is life. Distinguish between this.
