ReplyDeleteThere's no entrance fee if you have Metrobank credit card. Otherwise, you need to apply for one at WTC for you to gain entrance.

ReplyDeleteSorry I don't think so. You need to just apply for a card (doesn't necessarily mean you need to get approved) to be able to enter.
