SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: Can I reserve?

A: Unfortunately, they cannot accept reservations because there are limited stocks. First come, first served.

Q: Can they deliver COD?

A: The customer has to see the physical condition of the particular unit he is buying before he/she pays. Therefore, they cannot entertain COD requests.Transactions can only be made at the warehouse sale’s payment counter.

Q: Do they deliver?

A: They can deliver using a trucking service but with a minimum fee of P600, within 7 working days. This is an estimate only and will vary depending on exact location.

Q: What is Class B?

A: Class B/C units are brand new units with physical imperfections like scratches, dents, discoloration (yellowish) or no boxes due to mishandling. Often they are display units returned by the retailers. Class A units are those sold by the retailers – i.e. Ansons, SM, Robinsons, Western, etc..

Q: What is the difference between Class B and Class C?

A: Class C units have a higher discount because they have more physical imperfections than Class B units.

Q: What is the warranty period for Class B and Class C?

A: It's between 90 days and the standard 1 year for parts and service depending on the Class chosen.

Q: Do they accept credit cards?

A: They accept all major credit cards for straight charge. Installment through credit card is also accepted but no 0% and only through BPI, BDO & Citibank cards.
