1) How will I avail of the promo? Get a FREE 2pc Chicken with Rice when you buy 2pc Chicken Boxed Meal.
2) Can I choose the chicken parts in my meal? They will give based on available parts in the store.
3) Can I choose the flavor/sauce of the chicken? You may choose the glaze for your 2pc chicken meal. However, the free 2pc chicken with rice is exclusive to the Crunchy Garlic.
4) Can I choose the drink for the 2pc chicken meal? Promo is exclusive to iced tea only.
5) Will I also get a drink for the free wings with rice? Free 2pc Chicken with rice does not include a drink. You may order additional beverage as ala carte instead.
6) Can I upgrade/upsize the drink? Yes, drink upsizes and upgrades to float are allowed.
7) Can I still order other products during the promo period? Yes.
8) Up to how many orders can I get for this promo? You may get up to 5 orders per person. This means 5 orders of 2pc chicken boxed meal and 5 orders of the free 2pc chicken with rice. If you wish to order more, you can line up again.
9) Is this available for take-out and delivery? Promo is available for dine-in and take out only.
10) Will delivery orders be suspended during the promo dates? Delivery operations will still hold promo period. However, the Buy 1 Take 1 promo is not available for delivery orders.
11) Is this a limited time offering? Yes, promo is only available on August 20 and August 27.
12) Can I come back later to get my order? Sorry but they do not have a “Claim Later” policy.
13) Can I pay using the GCs? Only regular GCs will be allowed. Complimentary GCs will not be honoured for this promo.
