Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's The Meat Market Delivery)
1. How to order?
You may order via this form: http://bit.ly/themeatmarket.
2. What are your operating hours?
We accept orders from Monday-Friday, 9AM to 3PM.
3. Do you deliver here at (province)?
Currently, delivery is available in Metro Manila only.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
You may pay for your orders via Online Banking or Cash Payment. We currently accept BDO online banking.
For Online Banking, once you have completed the order form, we will send you the bank details and the total payable. Once payment has been made and we have verified your proof of payment, we will process your order. We will inform you of your date for pick-up / delivery. Please be aware that we need around 2-3 working days after verification of payment to deliver your goods. Delivery is also subject to the availability of riders.
For Cash Payment, this is allowed only for customers who will pick up their items directly from the store. (not via third party courier)
5. Is there an order limit per person?
For products for delivery, there is a maximum of 15kg per delivery. We recommend that you split your delivery into two if you choose to order more than 15kg.
For products for pick-up via your chosen courier, please make sure that the items you order will fit in the service you arrange.
For products for pick-up via your personal vehicle, there is no order limit.
6. Is there a minimum order per person?
There is no minimum order per person. However, if you choose our delivery service, and your orders are beyond 15kg, we recommend splitting deliveries to 2 trips.
7. How much is the shipping fee?

8. Where are the pick-up locations?

9. How can I track my order status? Will you provide a tracking number?
Should you choose our delivery service, after we have verified your payment, we will confirm the delivery date via Viber. We will share the contact details of our delivery service provider after they leave our shop on route to your delivery address.
10. What are the return/exchange policies?
There will be a no return and no exchange once the product has been received.
11. I want to change my order. Is it possible?
As long as payment has not been made, you may request to change your order through sales agent messaging. The agent will reprocess the order and send a new total payable amount. However, if payment has already been made, we will not accept any changes to the order.
12. Is there a cut-off time for orders? How long will it take for them to deliver?
We will be processing orders from Mondays to Fridays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. The cut-off time is 3pm daily. Please be aware that we need around 2-3 working days after verification of payment to deliver your goods.
