Social Distancing Guidelines
Jollibee Delivery (#87000 Hotline and Website)
1. In the store, the thermal bags are sanitized and the temperature of our food
assembler and rider is noted in your delivery advisory slip (see I. Delivery Advisory
Slip photo below).
2. Our rider will arrive at your doorstep or your building lobby, keeping a 6-feet
distance from you.
3. Claim your order directly from the thermal bag. The thermal bags are sanitized
before and after each use.
4. You may leave your payment in the container provided. Change and receipt are in
the container too (see II. Sample Cash, Receipt, and Delivery Advisory Slip photo below).
5. Don’t forget to wash your hands before enjoying your Jollibee favorites!
Grab Food
1. In the store, riders wash their hands or sanitize upon store entry.
2. Riders have their temperature checked and recorded in the delivery advisory slip
(see I. Delivery Advisory Slip photo below).
3. Customers to inform riders to drop off the order outside the door at specific
locations such as the building reception if allowed by the building management.
4. Riders will place the order or parcel at the specified location, notify consumers of
their arrival, and wait for them to pick up order standing at least 1m away from the
order.
5. Go Cashless! Use GrabPay to pay your transactions safely. But if it is unavoidable to
use cash, they can place the amount in an envelope and leave it where the food
order is.
Foodpanda Online Payment
1. In the store, riders wash their hands or sanitize upon store entry.
2. Riders have their temperature checked and recorded in the delivery advisory slip
(see I. Delivery Advisory Slip photo below).
3. Make sure you are using online payment.
4. Place an order.
5. Go to your order and tap on ‘Contact your rider’
6. Request your rider to leave your order at the door.
7. Likewise, riders may also request contactless delivery after receiving your order. In
this case, your kind cooperation is much appreciated.
Cash Payment
1. In the store, riders wash their hands or sanitize upon store entry.
2. Riders have their temperature checked and recorded in the delivery advisory slip
(see I. Delivery Advisory Slip photo below).
3. Place an order.
4. Go to your order and tap on ‘Contact your rider’
5. Request your rider to leave your order at the door. Likewise, riders may also
request contactless delivery after receiving your order. In this case, your kind
cooperation is much appreciated.
6. Customers to leave payment in the container provided, and get the change and
receipt in the container as well.
Jollibee Take Out
1. Cashier has sanitizer for use after every transaction.
2. Cashier to take order.
3. Cashier to ask the customer to place the payment in the cash container. Cashier to
hold only the GREEN side of the plastic container (see III. Cash Container photo on
Page 3).
4. Cashier to place change in the cash container and give to the customer.
5. Cashier to sanitize his/her hand after giving the change to the customer.
6. Cashier requests the customer to move to the food assembler side (Strictly no food
handling for the assigned cashier).
7. Food assembler to place food and pre-packed plastic utensils inside the paper bag.
8. Assembler presents the order.
9. Customer to pick-up the paper bag from the counter.
Jollibee Drive Thru
1. Window 1 (order and payment window) cashier to take orders.
2. Cashier to hand over the cash payment container to customer.
3. Customer to place payment in the container and hand back to cashier.
4. Cashier to put change (if any) in the container for the customer to get.
5. Customer proceeds to Window 2 (food handling).
6. Window 2 food assembler to place pre-packed utensils in the paper bag, then hand
over to customer.
7. Window 1 cashier, and Window 2 food assembler to sanitize their hands after every
transaction.
