Physical Distancing Guidelines
Chowking Delivery (Hotline)
1. In the store, the thermal bags are sanitized and the temperature of our food assembler and rider is noted in your delivery advisory slip.
2. Our rider will arrive at your doorstep or your building lobby, keeping a 6-feet distance from you.
3. Claim your order directly from the thermal bag. The thermal bags are sanitized before and after each use.
4. You may leave your payment in the pouch provided. Change and receipt are in the pouch too
5. Don’t forget to wash your hands before enjoying your Chowking favorites!
Grab Food
1. In the store, riders wash their hands or sanitize upon store entry.
2. Riders have their temperature checked and recorded in the delivery advisory slip
3. Customers to inform riders to drop off the order outside the door at specific locations such as the building reception if allowed by the building management.
4. Riders will place the order or parcel at the specified location, notify consumers of their arrival, and wait for them to pick up order standing at least 1m away from the order.
5. Go Cashless! Use GrabPay to pay your transactions safely. But if it is unavoidable to use cash, they can place the amount in an envelope and leave it where the food order is.
Foodpanda
1. In the store, riders wash their hands or sanitize upon store entry.
2. Riders have their temperature checked and recorded in the delivery advisory slip.
3. Make sure you are using online payment (if possible)
4. Place an order.
5. Go to your order and tap on ‘Contact your rider’
6. Request your rider to leave your order at the door.
7. Likewise, riders may also request contactless delivery after receiving your order. In this case, your kind cooperation is much appreciated.
8. For Cash Payment, customers to leave payment in the container provided, and get the change and receipt in the container as well.
Chowking Dine-in
1. Customer to wear face masks and to immerse footwear in footbath prior to entry.

3. Customer to keep 1-meter distance at Counter Lobby during queueing, 2-meter distance in dining.
4. Customer to follow floor markings, dining flow markers and table & seat markers to ensure proper practice of social distancing.
5. Cashier to provide and use hand sanitizer for use after every transaction.
6. Store crew to sanitize doors and surfaces every 30 minutes.
