Premium (Free Discount Card Promo) Mechanics:

1)  The promo shall run from July 15–18, 2021.

2)  For every single-receipt transaction with a total amount of P3,000 and above in any Fully Booked branch nationwide, customers will get a free Fully Booked Discount Card.

3)  To claim their free Fully Booked Discount Card, customers can show proof of purchase at the Customer Service area of the Fully Booked branch where the purchase was made. Customers must then fill-out an application form to activate use of the Discount Card. Discount Cards will be available for claiming 3 – 4 weeks after the application form is completed.

4)  Customers may not receive multiple free premiums under a single transaction.
