Staycations in Metro Manila are now allowed at 100% operational capacity under Alert Level 3 from October 16 to October 31, 2021. Here's a list of hotels in Metro Manila issued with a Certificate of Authority for Staycation.

Individuals of all ages may check in for staycation. However, to ensure safety of all guests, only fully vaccinated guests shall be allowed to book their stay. Unvaccinated guests are required to present the results of a negative RT-PCR test taken not more than 48 hours before check-in.
Travelers from Metro Manila can avail of the DOT-TPB RT-PCR test discount of P750 from the Philippine Children's Medical Center (PCMC) thru the Tourism Promotions Board Philippines by visiting tpb.gov.ph/rtpcrphtravel-application.
