Made for the Everyday Everybody, the collection features the Sk8-Low and Half Cab silhouettes
Vans, the original action sports brand and advocate for creative expression, teams up with Malaysian streetwear label Futuremade Studio (FTMD.) for the first time for a collection that reimagines two classic Vans silhouettes to reflect FTMD.’s “Everyday Everybody” inspiration.
Uniting both brands’ shared penchant for crafting wearable and versatile footwear, both models are designed to be worn every day, whether it’s at the skate park, on the dance floor, to the local cafe, or for running errands.
The core value of this collection is to create everyday footwear balancing utility and style so everyone can enjoy it on all occasions.
The Sk8 Low features an earthy, warm brown color and a yellow sole that gives an “aged” effect. The Vans logo tag on the shoe tongue is made by chain stitch embroidery to highlight the character of FTMD. It also features blue foxing tape around the sole to give it some color contrast.
