Reservation Terms:
1. Minimum of two (2) and a maximum of ten (10) persons per qualified card.
2. Offer is non-transferrable and non-convertible to or cash gift certificate nor applicable for installment transactions or cannot be exchanged for any other items.
3. Promotion cannot be in conjunction with other on-going in-house promotions.
4. Card holders must be present and part of the dining party to be able to avail the discount. Proof of card ownership might be requested for verification.
5. Private functions, parties and banquet sales are excluded from this promo. Private Dining Room Consumable rate is not part of the promo.
6. Service charge shall be excluded from this promo. Therefore, the transaction amount, which is the basis of the discount, shall not include service charge and local taxes.
7. Splitting of single transaction for the purpose of availing multiple discounts is prohibited.
8. The promotion is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items, and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.
9. Discount only applies to full-priced buffet rates. The promotion cannot be applied to Kid’s Rate and other promoted rates.
10. All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.
11. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can either avail of the Promo discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
12. Offer is not valid on blackout dates/holidays: Mother's Day Brunch (May 12, 2024) and Father's Day Brunch (June 16, 2024).
13. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of BPI and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
