The Promo is open to all principal and supplementary UnionBank VISA credit cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose cards have been issued by UnionBank of the Philippines (“UnionBank Issued Credit Cards”) or issued by any other banking or financial institution and later on acquired by or transferred to UnionBank of the Philippines (“UnionBank Acquired Credit Cards”), have available credit limit and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruptions laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo.
To avail of the Promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount of purchase to his/her qualified UnionBank Issued or UnionBank Acquired Card.
Only one (1) qualified UnionBank Issued or UnionBank Acquired Card may be used per single-receipt transaction, and only one (1) qualified Card may be accepted per Cardholder. Splitting of transaction is not allowed.
Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discount have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply. In the purchase of goods and services subject to a promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
